Online Housing Application

Two easy steps to register
Residents of the Shoreline Community College Residence Hall who would like to request accommodations for housing, including assistance animals, must seek approval through Student Accessibility Services (SAS), meeting with the SAS Program Specialist. Documentation of the need for the accommodation is required.

  • Your first step is to complete this application for housing accommodations. Note: We strongly encourage you to enter your Shoreline Community College email address in the "email" box when completing the application so that we are able to set up your correct AIM username.
  • Shoreline Community College may require further documentation to substantiate requests for accommodations and SAS will contact you if this is the case.
  • It is the student's responsibility to obtain verification of their diagnosis/es.
  • All information submitted to SAS will be maintained and used in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.
  • Do not submit original copies of your documentation. All records received by SAS will be destroyed six years after graduation or date of last attendance.
  • This application, including supporting documentation, must be submitted and accepted by the SAS Program Specialist before a Residence Hall staff person will be alerted.
  • If you would like to allow any other person or people to have access to information about your relationship with SAS, or join your initial meeting, you must submit Shoreline Community College’s Release of Information. After the first meeting, a department-specific release will be required.
  • If you would like academic accommodations in addition to Housing accommodations, you must complete the New Student Application in AIM.
  • If you would like to meet with or speak to an SAS staff person prior to submitting your application, or have any questions about scheduling meetings, contact SAS via email at sas@shoreline.edu or by phone at 206-546-4545. You may also drop by Room 5226 during business hours.
